The eXtra VIP Status Program is an easy way to earn bonus eXtra points. There are three tiers of membership in the VIP Status Program; Gold, Platinum and Diamond. At each tier eXtra workshops owners (members) are rewarded with a percentage increase of your base eXtra points earned when you meet the tier’s requirements as outlined below. VIP status is good for the calendar year in which the member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required.

Gold
Achieving Gold status requires earning a minimum eXtra point threshold for one of the eXtra Partners during one calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). Member will earn a 2% eXtra point bonus on base eXtra points earned from the one partner whose minimum point threshold was achieved. Members will begin to earn the 2% eXtra bonus points beginning the month following the month in which the member qualifies for Gold status. Member will maintain Gold status in the year in which the minimum point threshold was reached or until the member achieves another partner’s minimum annual point threshold required, elevating the member to another status depending on qualifications met.
Gold

Members will begin to earn the 10% eXtra base point bonus beginning the month following the month in which the member qualifies for Diamond status. Diamond status is good for the calendar year in which Diamond status was achieved; after that, annual requalification is required.
Diamond status is achieved when the member achieves three or more partner’s minimum Point threshold during one calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). Member will earn a 10% eXtra point bonus on base eXtra points earned from the 3 or more partners whose minimum point threshold was achieved. Partner Minimum Point Threshold
Each partner determines their minimum point threshold. All eXtra points earned from purchasing that partner’s products are used to determine qualification for the respective partner’s minimum point threshold. This includes promotional points, Partstech and Preferred Supplier Bonus Points earned.

eXtra Base Points
Under the VIP Status Program, all three tiers of membership will have a bonus point percentage applied to the qualifying partner’s base points earned. Base points represent points that are earned from purchasing the partner’s products through participating distributors. Base points exclude points earned from promotions, Partstech and Preferred Supplier Bonus.

eXtra VIP Status Bonus Points
Member will earn an eXtra Base Point bonus on eXtra base points earned from the partner whose minimum point threshold was achieved. Members will begin to earn the eXtra base point bonus beginning the month following the month in which the member qualifies for VIP tier status. eXtra Bonus Points that are earned from the eXtra VIP Status program are added to the member’s eXtra account within 45 days of the month they are earned. eXtra Bonus Points earned in the current year will expire December 31st of the following year.

Subject to removal from the eXtra Loyalty Program (as explained in Section 16 of the eXtra General Terms and Conditions), once qualified for a VIP status, a member will remain at that Status tier for one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st) in which the minimum point threshold was reached or until the member achieves another partner’s minimum annual point threshold required, elevating the member to another status depending on qualifications met.

Program Revision or Cancellation
eXtra may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for tier status, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier or entire program at any time, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.
